Qualifications

• Two years of experience in aquatics including lifeguard duties.
• Able to supervise pool operations and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and programs during operation hours.
• Schedule lifeguard and instructor staff.
• Prepare pool for opening and closing.
• Enforce operating schedule and adjust hours as needed.
• Train new lifeguards and instructors and provide in-service training.
• Perform lifeguard duties and swim lesson instruction as directed.
• Liaise with the public during swim lessons.
• Maintain appearance standards and staff enforcement.
• Process daily cash reports and close out the facility.
