• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and an anticipated graduation date December 2026.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to handle tasks with care.

Responsibilities

• Initiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor Center.
• Open new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing for signature.
• Update and maintain client contact information as needed.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to the investment team via CRM.
• Complete subscription documents for CAIS/iCapital for alternative investments.
• Support Investment team with new cash deployments and portfolio creation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a motivated part-time seasonal analyst to join our client service team and help us deliver the kind of best-in-class service our clients have come to expect. This is a true hands-on opportunity where you’ll partner directly with our relationship managers and advisors on real client work, gaining invaluable exposure for anyone pursuing a career in wealth management.

• Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
• Schedule: Part-time Monday through Thursday, in office, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What you'll do

• Initiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor Center
• Open new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing to client for signature
• Manage client account maintenance by updating client contact information as needed
• Partner with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to Syon Capital’s investment team in the CRM
• Complete subscription documents for alternative investments in CAIS/iCapital
• Partner with the Investment team on new cash deployments and portfolio creation
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned
