Job summary

Syon Capital in San Francisco is seeking a motivated part-time seasonal Analyst to join our client service team and work directly with relationship managers and advisors on real client work. This hands-on role provides valuable exposure for anyone pursuing a career in wealth management.

The position runs 8 to 10 weeks with a part-time schedule Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in office. Compensation is $25/hour, and you will gain practical experience in wires, account openings, and

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and an anticipated graduation date December 2026.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, dependable, and able to handle tasks with care.

Responsibilities

Initiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor Center.
Open new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing for signature.
Update and maintain client contact information as needed.
Collaborate with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to the investment team via CRM.
Complete subscription documents for CAIS/iCapital for alternative investments.
Support Investment team with new cash deployments and portfolio creation.
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
