Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at the Appleton Airport (ATW). You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and guide them through the rental process to ensure a smooth experience.

This seasonal role lasts up to 180 days, pays $18 per hour with potential bonuses, and requires 18+ with a high school diploma and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, and other options to customers.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information as needed.
• Handle reservations and inquiries via calls and follow-ups.
• Monitor vehicle condition upon return and report issues.
