The position requires a minimum 18 years of age, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to flexible schedules in a 24/7 operation. Bilingual Spanish and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual Spanish & English required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to customers.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding area for a neat image.
• Ensure Booth is stocked with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide customers with directions and local information; resolve issues.
• Perform other customer service duties as needed to meet service levels.
