Job summary

Desert Wolf Tours is seeking versatile staff to lead Tomcar UTV desert tours, instruct guests in live-fire experiences, and perform field maintenance. This seasonal, hospitality-focused role combines guest service with mechanical work and firearms safety in a rugged outdoor environment.

During peak season, guides and instructors engage guests with safety, prep, and professional service, while slower periods emphasize maintenance, detailing, and shop support to keep equipment ready for the next

Qualifications

Must be at least 25 years old.
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Anthem, AZ.
Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
Must be able to pass a firearms background check.
Must have relevant firearms experience.
Must have hands-on mechanical aptitude.
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays during peak season.
Must understand this is seasonal hospitality work with heavy and light periods.
Must be able to follow procedures, checklists, videos, and manuals.
Must be physically able to work outdoors in desert conditions.
Must have a verifiable record of reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead guided Tomcar UTV tours and instruct guests on live-fire experiences.
Perform pre-tour and post-tour vehicle inspections.
Troubleshoot UTV or equipment issues in the field.
Clean, fuel, and prep UTVs; inspect and reassemble firearms.
Open and close guest facility; stock and service guest areas.
Assist with detailing, bodywork, repairs, shop work, and facility projects during slower periods.
