Job summary

The Bonadio Group in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line from January 2027 through April 2027. This on-site role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include processing tax returns and related documents, filing, calendar management, and coordinating communications with the supervisor and clients. Salary ranges from $22.50 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry, proofreading and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, proofread, edit and process documents to produce error-free work
• Track engagements using Access software
• File client information both in paper and electronic systems
• Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
• Organize, update and maintain calendars
• Manage multiple priorities during busy periods

Job description

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line for the following time frame: January 2027 through April 2027.

This is a on-site position in our Wilmington, Delaware location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
• Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work
• Track engagements with the use of Access software
• Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
• Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
• Organize, update, and maintain calendars
• Manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation

The salary range for this position is $22.50 to $23.00 per hour.

Hours of Operation

• This is a seasonal, on-site position
• Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:0 00 a.m. to noon on Friday
• Our team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary.
