Job summary

Ted Turner Reserves is seeking an Activities Attendant to lead outdoor adventures at Vermejo Reserve. You will guide guests through hiking, wildlife tours, archery, fishing, and other experiences, ensuring safety and memorable experiences in a luxury setting.

Role involves mentoring fellow attendants, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality guest services throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Identity and employment authorization documents per federal law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide guests on Vermejo activities including hiking, wildlife, and shooting sports.
• Work at the Fish House and support assigned chores and projects.
• Mentor and train Activities Attendants and uphold guest relations and safety standards.
• Greet guests and assist with self-guided activities.
• Pursue additional activity certifications and skill development.
• Maintain clean and safe guest service vehicles and equipment.
