Hours: Office time approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule varies based on the event and game schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Duration: 2026-27 AHL Season (September through April)

The Season Ticket Member Services Assistant is a part-time position, responsible for supporting the team servicing Season Ticket Members and generating revenue for the Rockford IceHogs. This position requires a highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset.
