Location: This position is 100% in-person and is based in Rockford, IL.
Hours: Standard business hours are9:00 am - 5:00 pm / Monday - Friday. However, all positions require non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on the event schedule.
Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: The budgeted salary for this role is $37,500.

Role Summary:

The Account Executive, Ticket Sales, is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic and self-motivated individual that will work with the Ticket Sales Team to fulfill annual Season Ticket Member and Group ticket sales strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Use persuasive sales techniques to sell season ticket packages, group outings, premium suites and experiences.

Develop new business and potential customers through prospecting, following up on referrals and networking.

Present package offerings in person or virtually.

Engage with fans and customers in-arena during games to provide high level customer care.

Prospect potential new sales while working game activation activities.

Build quality fan data through maintaining detailed notes and customer information in sales databases.

Research latest industry trends to accumulate the knowledge to be a successful sports marketer in the industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

One or more years of professional selling experience is preferred.

Ability to engage and interact with current and prospective clients and fans.

Desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Ability to problem solve and deliver high end customer services.
