Job summary

Rockford IceHogs is seeking a part-time Season Ticket Member Service Assistant to support the Revenue Generation team. You will help fans via phone, chat, text and email, assist with single-game tickets, exchanges and upgrades, and participate in events and gift distribution.

The role requires evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong communication, organization and teamwork are essential, with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Generation team and assist fans via phone, live chat, text and email.
• Assist Season Ticket Members with purchases, exchanges, relocations and upgrades.
• Support events and gift distribution for season ticket members.
• Staff the member service table on game nights and engage with members face-to-face.
• Assist ticket sales team with game-night group experiences.
• Other duties as required.

Job Title: Season Ticket Member Service Assistant

Reports To: Manager, Season Ticket Member Services
Location: Rockford IceHogs Office
Hours: Office time approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule varies based on the event and game schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Duration: 2026-27 AHL Season (September through April)
Status: Part-Time / Seasonal

Role Summary

The Season Ticket Member Services Assistant is a part-time position, responsible for supporting the team servicing Season Ticket Members and generating revenue for the Rockford IceHogs. This position requires a highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a strategic mindset.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the entire Revenue Generation team and assist fans with inquiries via phone, live chat, text and email.
• Assist Season Ticket Members with various inquiries and requests including the purchase of single game tickets, game exchanges, and single game relocations and upgrades.
• Support the member services team and assist with the execution of season ticket member events and gift distribution.
• Staff the season ticket member service table on game nights and conduct face to face interactions with IceHogs season ticket members to meet their service needs.
• Support the ticket sales team on game nights by assisting with the execution of game night group experiences.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.
