Job summary

The Seattle Storm are seeking a Membership Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer service to season ticket members and build lasting relationships throughout the season. Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, renewal efforts at games and events, CRM documentation, and assisting at home games to ensure a memorable fan experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a related customer service role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build strong relationships with a defined account base through proactive communication (phone, email, in-person).
• Drive retention and renewal efforts through proactive engagement at games and events.
• Maintain knowledge of team happenings, member benefits, and ticketing details for accounts.
• Answer member inquiries promptly with high-quality service and empathy.
• Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to document interactions and sales activities.
• Assist during Seattle Storm home games to enhance the fan experience.
