The Foley Entertainment Group LLC (FEG) is seeking a highly motivated individual for a part-time Sales Associate role at City National Arena in Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Sales Associate will process transactions, support store visuals, assist with inventory, and help drive sales under management direction. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work flexible hours is required.

The Foley Entertainment Group LLC ("FEG") - which operates the National Hockey League's Vegas Golden Knights in addition to several other sports, venue, and hospitality entities - is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a part-time Sales Associate role at City National Arena within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

The Sales Associate is first and foremost responsible for providing superior customer service. They are also responsible for basic upkeep within the store, completing transactions, helping to meet visual standards, processing shipments and assisting with inventory management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service in accordance with organization standards
• Build relationships while creating a memorable experience for all guests
• Strive to resolve customer service challenges in a professional and courteous manner
• Learn about the brands and individual products carried in the store to be a resource for our guests
• Help to drive sales and reach goals with the direction of management
• Process and maintain stock by assisting in receiving, organizing, straightening and replenishing product
• Assist management to maintain store visuals and displays to tell a story and to allow for ease of shopping
• Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor
