Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking an Owl Bar Server to deliver friendly bar and dining service. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate beverage service while maintaining alcohol safety standards.

This role requires working weekends/holidays, standing for shifts, and prior customer service experience; there are full-time, part-time, on-call options with seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience ok.
• Must have or obtain a current food handlers permit within 30 days.
• Must have or obtain a current alcohol service permit within 30 days.
• Physically able to stand/walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up server stations, floor and patio, ready for service.
• Greet Owl Bar guests warmly and inform about specials and recommendations.
• Enter orders in POS accurately and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food; assist bartender when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards.
