Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, customer experience, search, merchandising, B2B distribution, electronic components, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of how customers discover, research, and evaluate products in a digital environment.
• Experience leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation to improve digital experiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business, technical, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for simplifying complex experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute DigiKey's search and product discovery strategy and roadmap.
• Improve how customers find products, technical content, tools, and supporting resources across digital channels.
• Lead initiatives focused on search relevance, query understanding, autocomplete, ranking, filtering, navigation, personalization, and AI-assisted search experiences.
• Develop and analyze experimentation programs to validate enhancements and measure business impact.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify customer pain points and implement solutions that improve findability and reduce effort.
• Establish search quality standards and performance metrics while driving continuous optimization.
• Evaluate third-party technologies and emerging capabilities that enhance product discovery and customer outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to inform future strategy.
