Responsibilities

• Define the Product Discovery Vision and maintain the strategic roadmap.
• Lead search and discovery innovation, including relevance, navigation, and AI-assisted experiences.
• Partner with UX, Analytics, and Engineering to design, test and validate new experiences.
• Develop experimentation plans and success metrics for new capabilities.
• Own or contribute to a product backlog and digital optimization program.
