Recruiting Partner – Transform Careers and Lives with gpac!

No previous recruiting experience is required, as we provide the necessary training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
2. Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
4. Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiating job offers
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
3. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
4. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
5. Effective negotiation skills
6. A degree is preferred but not required
7. Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements

gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries nationwide since 1990. We are highly competitive, client-focused, and committed to delivering the right solutions at the right time.

Base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482 twice monthly). Additionally, you can earn commissions ranging from $40k to over $500k annually, with no cap on commissions. After the appropriate waiting period, you will be eligible for gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401k plan.
