Job summary

• Familiar with standard field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment prior to shift to ensure safe operation and completed preventive maintenance.
• Provide operational support and direct workflow to meet performance standards.
• Operate semi-complex equipment and adjust variables to resolve production problems.
• Direct teams to meet daily schedules and prioritize high-priority tasks.
• Run reports, verify data, and share information for production planning.
• Follow HS&E policies and train the team in safe working methods.
• Inspect finished and unfinished goods for quality.
• Set up, adjust, and operate equipment to produce required parts.
• Grind welds, deburr rough metal, and finish seams on tanks.
