Job summary

Parker Hannifin is hiring for a 1st shift manufacturing associate in Ohio. The role involves producing parts, loading equipment, assembling and packing, and ensuring materials are properly stored. You will support paperwork processes and Kanban accuracy in a temperature-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to multitask and organize work/priorities.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with safety guidelines and lean principles.
• Carry out daily tasks to produce parts: loading/unloading equipment, gathering materials, positioning work area and setting parameters.
• Assemble, package and ship finished parts.
• Put materials and parts into appropriate storage locations.
• Pick and pack parts to fill sales orders for cylinders, glands and kits.
• Manage paperwork flow and picking system.
