Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an assembler/test technician to accurately assemble and test a range of products containing mechanical and electrical components. You will work on multiple product families, overhaul/repair as needed, and contribute to lean initiatives to drive productivity and cost savings.

Day shift, with an hourly rate starting at $19.00, and a signing bonus. Requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of assembly and test experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, routes, and test specs.
• Able to use basic math and computer skills.
• Must be able to train teammates and apply lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test and overhaul/repair products with mechanical and electrical components.
• Record test results with basic electrical equipment.
• Identify malfunctions from test data and rework as instructed.
• Ensure product quality per specifications and safety standards.
• Contribute to lean initiatives and cost-saving ideas.
