The position requires good technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive starting salary of $17/hr., increasing to $18.25 and $19.50 over the first year.

Additionally, there are various benefits including sign-on bonuses, paid time off, and insurance options. You will have the opportunity to advance internally while working a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.

Position Summary

Our Tube Fitting Division in Eaton, Ohio is looking for new Assembler Team Members to help keep the world moving. You will use your hands and machines to build Parker products in a safe and sustainable manner. You must have good technical knowledge and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to produce complex fittings by putting together smaller components.

Pay

Starting at $17/hr. with increases to $18.25 at 6 months and $19.50 at 12 months PLUS $1/hr. shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift

Sign‑on Bonus $1,000

Full‑time

2nd Shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.)

3rd Shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)

Team Member must be able to work scheduled mandatory overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Place parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Crimp, press, attach and/or install components, cap, pack, label, ship products.
• Set up and operate various assembly machines (i.e.: crimpers, presses, o‑ring machine, etcher, stamper, grinders).
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Understand and follow the component and finished goods supermarket work instructions.
• Follow written standard work procedures including all safety and 5S procedures.
