Qualifications

• Ability to sell proactively.

• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Proactively reads labels and familiarizes oneself on various products.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; check quality; stock, rotate, and remove outdated products.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Assist with sampling program; keep sample areas full and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service; respond promptly and courteously to phones and requests.
• Maximize sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
