Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing seafood displays and rotate stock.
• Keep cases clean and stocked; ensure accurate signage and pricing.
• Assist with sampling program and customer service at the counter.
• Prepare, label, and date cooked fish; follow health and sanitation standards.
• Report safety hazards and maintain a clean, safe work area.
