• Cleans cases, signage, floors, and equipment to ensure sanitation.
• Skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; labels and dates cooked products.
• Assists with inventory checks and participates in sampling programs.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports suggestive selling.
