Four Star Seafood Inc. in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a dynamic Seafood Sales Representative to drive growth by building relationships with chefs and buyers, managing accounts, and growing the sales portfolio. This full-time role offers base pay plus an uncapped commission plan and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience and exceptional customer service.
• Experience in seafood or culinary industries strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong phone handling and active listening.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Fluent English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers, cold calling, networking as needed, while maintaining and growing current accounts.
• Manage current customer accounts with the goal of high retention and new opportunities to upsell.
• Consult with account base, obtain orders and plan daily calls/meetings with existing/potential accounts.
• Increase sales and account penetration by analyzing current performance and planning follow-ups.
• Foster partnerships to expand market coverage and penetration within accounts.
• Provide exemplary customer service via verbal and written communications to address requests quickly.
• Generate revenue by selling and developing existing client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Prioritize opportunities to deliver the best customer experience and 100% satisfaction.
• Be the main contact for managed accounts, understanding needs and roadblocks.
