Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support sales development and growth across customer accounts. The role involves developing accounts, writing orders, and exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced perishable foods environment.

The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, adaptable, and a problem‑solver with 3–5 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience required.
• Minimum 3-5 years restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customers and grow demand for existing accounts.
• Sell products at maximum profit margin while considering market pressures.
• Provide guidance and support to customers and internal teams on terms.
• Prepare quotes and manage complex bid responses.
• Create and execute territory sales plans and participate in sales meetings.
