Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, and sanitize seafood processing machinery, cutting tables, racks, and ice vats using high-pressure hoses and cleaning solutions.
• Clean and disinfect drains, floors, walls, and shipping/receiving areas.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards.
• Safely handle, dilute, and store industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain records of cleaned areas per SOP.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure sanitation and maintain product quality.
