Qualifications

• Has worked in a Key II position at a Trident location in the past year.
• A minimum of one year of experience in food processing or seafood processing.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for seafood processing.
• Basic math skills to weigh and measure seafood products.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Strong hygiene practices and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead in essential functions of two or more production lines.
• May assist with on-the-line training of new hire processors.
• Clean, sort, and prepare seafood for processing following procedures.
• Remove shells, scales, bones, and other parts using tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Follow proper handling and storage to prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals safely.
