Responsibilities include cleaning, sorting, and preparing seafood, removing shells and bones, and working with team members to meet daily production goals while following strict sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in food or seafood processing or related field.
• Good hygiene and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead in essential functions of two or more lines of production.
• May assist with on-the-line training of new hire processors.
• Clean, sort, and prepare various seafood for processing per procedures.
• Remove shells, scales, bones, and other parts using tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Follow handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety risks to supervisor.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and industry standards.
