Job summary

MAXFISH LLC in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Part Time Pantry Cook to join the Max Hospitality Team. You will prepare cold dishes, plate salads, and support the line during busy services in our upscale-casual seafood restaurant.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of pantry or cold prep experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Comfortable working across kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare and plate cold appetizers, composed salads, garnishes, and sauces.
Execute mise en place including seafood butchery, prepping vegetables, and organizing components.
Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure timely execution of dishes.
Support other stations during busy service periods and events.
Uphold seafood safety and sanitation standards.
