Whole Foods Market in Boston is seeking an experienced seafood team leader to oversee daily operations, profitability, and compliance. You will hire, develop, and coach Team Members, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company policies across all shifts.

The role requires strong budgeting, inventory control, and vendor relationship skills, with a focus on food safety and profitability while maintaining a positive store image for customers and staff.

Qualificações

• 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
• Food safety certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team-building, and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Projects annual sales and expenses and prepares operating budget.
• Manages ordering and inventory to achieve targeted contribution to profit margin.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with leadership and vendors.
