Qualifications

• Retail experience: 24+ months with 12+ months of team leadership.
• Food safety certification; willing to complete within 6 months.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of products, pricing, merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Projects annual sales and expenses and prepares operating budget.
• Manages ordering and inventory to achieve targeted profit margin.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with department and store leadership.
• Maintains vendor relationships and awareness of competitors and trends.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and teamwork.
