TRYSeafood FuQuay is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. You will prepare seafood and other menu items, follow recipes, and help maintain high quality and presentation while working in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, cleanliness, and food safety. Prior line cook experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This is an on-site role with opportunities to grow with the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous line-cook or restaurant experience preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook seafood and other items per recipes.
• Season, portion, and plate foods to standards.
• Maintain station cleanliness and stock before service.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist with opening/closing and restocking duties.
• Work efficiently during busy service.
