Job summary

TRYSeafood FuQuay is hiring a Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in keeping dishes, utensils, and equipment clean in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, stocking, maintaining a sanitary area, assisting with opening/closing cleaning, and communicating needs with the kitchen.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; training provided. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual.

• Ability to lift and carry dishes and kitchen supplies.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Ensure clean dishes and equipment are available to the kitchen during each shift.
• Properly handle and store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas.
• Remove trash and recycling as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks.
• Help with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Communicate with kitchen team when supplies or clean equipment are needed.
