Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Houston, TX is hiring in our Seafood Department for a full-time role handling sorting, butchering, cleaning, weighing and boxing seafood products. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cold, wet environment.

Basic English, 2–3 years of cutting/filleter experience, and knowledge of fish handling are preferred. Join a team focused on safety and quality within a fast-paced, expanding business.

Formación

• 2-3 years of cutting/filleter experience required.
• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – 2-3 years of experience use of fillet knives, food processing equipment and food safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Language – Basic English speaking and written proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Duties include sorting, butchering, cleaning, weighing, and boxing various seafood products.
