Job summary

The Winn-Dixie Company is seeking a Seafood Department team member to provide quality seafood offerings, promote consistent and compliant operating standards, and deliver fresh, appealing products with courteous service. The role emphasizes customer confidence, loyalty, and knowledge across the seafood department.

You will help ensure stock availability, assist with samples, answer questions, and fulfill special orders while upholding food safety and department guidelines in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States or able to obtain.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Knowledge of cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling.
• Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the department.

Responsibilities
