The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail/warehouse setting, adherence to food safety guidelines, and collaboration with teammates on merchandising, receiving, and displays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily seafood department operations to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stock control and rotation.
• Ensure seafood products are handled and stored according to food safety standards.
• Monitor product freshness and assist in removing unsellable items.
• Support and guide department staff during daily operations.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays.
• Support receiving processes by verifying incoming product for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
