Job summary

ShopRite of Columbia Park in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a Seafood Manager to direct all functions of the Seafood Department and lead a team to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

You will supervise safety, presentation, and efficiency, ensuring standards are met while maintaining a high level of customer service and teamwork across the department.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work with various products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Seafood Department.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals and deliver Customer Experience.
