• Lead department operations in the absence of managers per established practices.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Utilize store systems for planning, scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in seafood and cooking procedures.
• Assist in training other associates.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and policy compliance.
• Maintain solid department communication and safety standards.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
