Responsabilidades

• Lead department operations in the absence of managers in accordance with department standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems for planning, scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in seafood and train associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with personal appearance policy.
• Maintain communication across the department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report equipment needs or hazards.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
