Responsibilities

• Lead department operations in the absence of the department manager and assistant manager.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems for planning, scheduling, CAO and RF unit.
• Maintain fairness, dignity, and respect among co-workers.
• Develop product knowledge in seafood.
• Assist training of associates as assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and follow appearance policy.
• Maintain communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
