Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Seafood Department functions to achieve goals (sales, profit, customer experience).
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food handling procedures.
• Train, onboard, and develop department associates.
• Maintain proper department standards, pricing, and product presentation.
• Monitor inventory, production logs, and regulatory compliance.
• Schedule staffing and maintain attendance as needed.
• Assist with special orders and department operations.
