Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing display by checking quality, keeping cases and shelves clean and stocked, rotating and removing out-of-date products.
• Keeps signage and pricing accurate.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Ensures a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps sample areas full, clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required.
• Skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; boxes up, labels, and dates cooked fish.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; maintains equipment per WFM standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
