Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Boulder, CO is seeking a Seafood Team Member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.

Duties include maintaining fresh displays, accurate signage, daily cleaning, and safe handling of seafood from prep to display, while following health and safety regulations and store SOPs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell proactively.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Proactively reads labels and familiarizes oneself on various products.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by checking quality, keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked, rotating and removing out-of-date products, filling ice tables, and performing other duties as assigned.
