Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by checking quality and stocking.
• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Provides excellent customer service and suggests selling techniques.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, and floors as required.
• Skins, bones, and prepares fish; labels and dates cooked fish.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
