Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh, appealing display by checking quality and stocking.
• Maintain signage and pricing accuracy.
• Keep back stock organized.
• Maintain clean, safe work and shopping environment.
• Assist with sampling program and keep sample areas full and tidy.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Prepare fish (skins, bones, cook/smoke) and label products.
