Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the seafood counter.
• Stock cases and shelves; rotate products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary department.
• Label, box, and date cooked seafood as needed.
• Assist with sampling program and keep samples stocked.
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy and visibility.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform opening, mid, or closing duties as assigned.
