The Wharf, a seafood-from-scratch restaurant located at Orlando Sunset Walk in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a skilled Cook 2 to join our culinary team. You will help prepare fresh dishes in a fast-paced, resort-style kitchen and uphold our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, stocking stations, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with the team to ensure proper temperature, presentation, and timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food safety certification is required (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience in a kitchen or line cook role is preferred.
• Must be able to work quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.

NDM Hospitality is a family-owned company that began in food & beverage and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We're creating a new category in hospitality by combining the comfort of vacation homes with the consistency and service of world-class resorts.
