Qualifications

• Previous seafood department experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of general seafood product lines or similar experience.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays or rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up fresh seafood cases and ensure proper signage and merchandising according to standards.
• Unload deliveries and rotate stock to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and cut fish on request and operate fryer/steamer as needed.
• Maintain logs and follow FIFO; monitor cooler/freezer temperatures.
