Prepare and display Seafood items for sale in an efficient, sanitary, and artistic manner in accordance with company standards and policies. Perform customer service functions and follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully, providing them with good quality foods.
2. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
4. Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods according to company standards, recipes, and policies, complying with Food Safety Policies and Procedures and Health Department regulations.
5. Perform required temperature monitoring.
6. Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
7. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and well organized.
8. Keep carts, tools, equipment, and supplies in designated areas.
9. Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils following company and Health Department policies.
10. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality, and space allocation for merchandise.
11. Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
13. Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
14. Operate cash register as applicable.
15. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
